Nurture Yourself - Lightweight Spring Scarves

Happy May Day everyone!!  I know I'm one day late, but I'm still happy to welcome May (which means summer concerts in the park, lazy beach days and weekend bbq's are just around the corner).   Unfortunately, our California sunshine seems to be in short supply lately and its been a little chilly here in L.A.  But IT IS Spring and since I refuse to wear heavy knit scarves after March, I've started working my lightweight ones which are always part of my spring/summer uniform (especially when I'm short on time). My favorite scarves paired with the perfect white T, a great pair of jeans, ballet flats, lots of bracelets plus statement earrings and I'm out the door in 15 minutes.  So as you start to pack up your sweaters and break out some shorts (I just found these and LOVE them), make sure you have a few chic scarves to incorporate into your 2012 warm-weather look.  Here are a few that caught my eye.

Native Lurex Tassel Scarf, $36, topshop.com.

Matthew Williamson Peacock Print Scarf, $190, theoutnet.com.

Number 68 Scarf, $68, anthropologie.com.

Marquetry Scarf, $150, kellywearstler.com.

Mini-prints scarf, $55, jcrew.com.

Southland Storyteller Scarf, $55, madewell.com.

I'm wearing all my light weight scarves too. Found some good ones for a good price at H&M.
Happy May Day to you too! Teri

I'm a big believer in accessories and particularly love scarves. You've chosen some really nice ones.

The weather in London sucks and it's far too cold and windy for lightweight stuff yet but I do look forward to it.

What a great roundup of scarves. I love each and every one, especially the J.Crew one. For me, wearing scarves is like having a little safety blanket. Maybe because I always wear my hair up and my neck feels a little less naked. As the weather starts to get warmer, hope we get to spend some time to together.

Love that girl's sunglasses!

I've been wearing loads of scarves lately too (although not at the same time). I've bought a couple from here: http://lilyandlionel.com/ the most insanely soft cashmere/wool/whatever, really snuggly!

I like the Kelly Wearstler one. I'm desperate for one of her rugs.

Floral's really come back in hasn't it? x

Once you know what's getting you clients and what is popular enough business to be ready for both, incurring losses as well as concession pricing lists.
