Nurture Your Family - Best Sites For Your Holiday Cards.

Urban Scene, Set of 10 cards, $13.50, papersource.com
If you are anything like me, I start the holiday season with the best intentions, including plans to order my holiday cards in plenty of time to receive them, address them, and mail them by the first week of December.  In reality, what happens is about the second week of December I start receiving cards from friends and family, rush to the computer to put something together, get taken to the cleaners for expedited printing and shipping and am lucky if my cards arrive by New Years.  This year will be different!  Here are my favorite sites for holiday cards and some of their designs that caught my eye.

All 2011 card designs courtesy of Shutterfly, from $1.39 a card (BEFORE any discount codes!)
Shutterfly has done a great job of adding a lot of contemporary design options to their site this year. They are currently offering 40% off all holiday card orders with the code CARD40 and free shipping on all orders over $30.  Take advantage of these great discounts - Shutterfly offers great design at an incredibly affordable price.

2011 Holiday Cards courtesy of Tinyprints, from $1.39 a card.

As always, Tiny Prints has so many beautifully designed options for your holiday cards.  One of the features on their site that I love to use is a "favorite" heart icon which allows you to save cards that catch your eye as you browse through hundreds of options.  When you are done, you can just compare all the ones you tagged and narrow it down to the perfect one.  They are currently offering 20% off all orders with the code 20save until November 15th. They also do promotions quite frequently so sign-up for their emails for great savings.  If you can't narrow it down, you can also get 5 free sample cards with the code 5HOLIDAY so you can see them before you commit.

2011 Holiday Cards courtesy of Hello Lucky! $65 for a set of 25 cards.

Hello Lucky! is an incredible stationary company owned by two sisters in San Francisco that I've been following since 2006.  They recently updated their website and it is full of wonderful paper goods for all occasions! They are letterpress specialists so if you want to go that route, they are your girls. Visit their website, if only to poke around and be inspired by their gorgeous designs. They are offering free shipping on all holiday cards until November 25th with the code EARLYBIRD.

2011 Holiday Cards courtesy of Papersource.  A set of 50 is $66.75 with the holiday discount.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Paper Source offers custom holiday cards that you can order through their website, allowing you to avoid waiting in the store to place your order.  They have many beautiful vintage inspired designs and all their holiday cards are currently 25% off.  In addition, they have several lovely holiday note cards that caught my eye.  Perfect for your seasonal thank you notes!

Holiday Treasure Map, Set of 10 cards, $13.50, Red and Silver Winter Berries, Set of 10 cards, $9.00, Ugly Sweaters, Set of 10 cards, $12.50.  These are also available in larger sizes if you want to use them as your holiday cards.
